The post-colonial era of third world countries faced immense difficulties with the remains of colonialism and one of them is competence to speak read write and listen English Language. English is being taught as a compulsory subject but no head is paid to teach it as a language. This flaw in language policy has created dichotomy in the learners: One class of learners highly fluent in English Language (Only 2 percent estimated) and the other frequently facing difficulties in attaining fluency in it (98% estimated). This book is a research on a small portion of 98%. 98% problems of Pakistani Students will be solved with the introduction of English as Language. Let us come out of post-colonial era and train students in the best to combat the global challenges.
