The Triangle of Law. Version 2.0

Presently each lawyer has his own ill-defined often peculiar and always idiosyncratic way of thinking about a law. The goal of the Triangle of Law® is to try to standardized how we think about a law. Standardization will make the manufacture of the linguistic vehicles whose job it is to carry our laws easier well-defined and consistent from lawyer to lawyer. In teaching a pre-law class to seniors at Monsignor Farrell H.S. in Staten Island N.Y. Bosco has stumbled upon - to speak boldly - a uniform theory of a law. Once the uniform theory of a law is understood all laws become understandable.
