The Truth Will Set Us Free

The truth is a search that most humans have. We usually start the search outside of ourselves. The truth starts from within. The whys of why I think as I do the whys of how did I do the things of my past and my present. Why do I carry the guilt of my past? Why I don't take responsibility for my actions? The feeling of regrets and resentment turn into an emotional mess for most humans. This leads to a shut door of not being able to share or have an emotional relationship with others. Once we do our shadow work this is when the journey of truth for ourselves begins. A new beginning.
