The Unhappy Camel

<p>This is a beautiful true story from the life of the Prophet Muhammad <em>Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam</em>. Our beloved Prophet <em>(SAWS)</em> was known to speak to animals trees and even inanimate objects on many occasions. Children will marvel at the camel that decided to complain to Allah's Messenger <em>(SAWS)</em> when it was being mistreated. Stories like these show another often forgotten side of the Prophet <em>(SAWS)</em> and will hopefully foster in our children the same type of love that the children of Medina had for him when he was alive.</p><p>This incident is narrated by Imam Ahmad Abu Dawud Al Hakim and others (may Allah be pleased with them).</p>
