The Unseen

<p>Despite the rigid rules and hierarchy of Seioka life Lyla Frazier-Ogbueze dares to care about the fate of the vulgus or the “unaware.” Someone—or something—is viciously assaulting young women and still The Fold refuses to sanction the case. It is not Seioka business they say.
