The Use of Authentic Materials to Improve Writing Ability

This book is focused on the use of authentic material in teaching descriptive text to improve students'' writing ability. The book is aimed to know the implementation of authentic materials. The research design is classroom action research that consists of preliminary research and two cycles. The are four activities: planning acting observing and reflecting. The results of the research showed that there was improvement of students'' ability in writing descriptive text after being taught using authentic research.
