THE USE OF HIVE PRODUCTS

The research was the result obtained in the study of products derived from natural foods rich in vegetable protein vitamins and minerals. The aim is to encourage the use of these products for different conditions and also as a source of renewal of human health taking into account that it has been proven the social ignorance about the effectiveness of these products. The beekeeping sector plays a very important role in the agricultural economy; in industrialized countries this activity is widely recognized for its benefit in the pollination activity which results in a significant increase in crop production; it is also known as an indirect pest controller as it competes for food (nectar and pollen) with phytophagous insects. As for the products of the hive we have honey pollen royal jelly and others no less important as propolis and venom; these could enter international markets as they are obtained through clean technologies and are desired by consumers thanks to increased environmental awareness.
