The Various Forms Affecting Shareholder's Wealth

Cross – border acquisitions have become increasingly more popular in the last two decades around the world. Although cross – border acquisitions have been occurring more and more relative to domestic acquisitions our understanding of the bidder’s wealth effect of such deals is still limited especially in the Netherlands. Therefore this research will contribute in enhancing our knowledge of the wealth effect for Dutch acquiring shareholders.
