<p><em>Rice Trail</em> is the second book in The <em>Vegetarian Journey</em> series and mostly covers dishes made from rice such as pulao biryani khichdi and other items. Soups and salads form part of a healthy diet plan and the author has tried her best to provide readers with healthy and tasty meals. </p><p>The desserts covered are exquisite and healthy homemade recipes. It was the author’s intention to have something for a wide variety of readers who might be looking for non-wheat-based healthy and delicious meals. They are offered a wide range of choices. I hope readers all over the world will appreciate my efforts in putting forth a book as tasty as its content.</p>
