The Venezuelan Territorial Polytechnic Universities

A descriptive research is presented that aims to make known clearly what the Territorial Polytechnic Universities (U.P.T) are in Venezuela and how they have assumed and faced the work of the University education of the Venezuelan population from the Alma Mater Project. (2008) and with the constitutions of the First UPT in 2012 taking as a reference in this research the Ludovico Silva Territorial Polytechnic University of the North of Monagas created by Presidential Decree number 8802 of February 14 2012 published in Gaceta Official number 39902 dated April 13 2012.
