Six melodramatic tales variously set upon the River Thames and its banks between Lechlade and Putney The Weybridge Sailing Club Monologues were written for recitation as after-dinner entertainment. These tales sometimes tragic frequently hilarious make marvellous fireside reading and will appeal to all those who love the River Thames.
