The girls experience their first sexual encounters. Only two pairings result in eventual marriage. One becomes a forever union. The other ends in heartbreak.</p><p></p><p>Working against some of societies worst Dulcy Vestige becomes familiar with the beauty and the terror of her homeland. Her strait-laced attitude is relaxed after an admired man falls from grace.
