The Wildcat Den

Join in a fictional look at how the author's ancestors might have spent their days. His first book <I>The Spout Spring</I> looked at the life of his great-great-grandparents. <I>The Wildcat Den</I> is the story of the next generation who lived in the Blue Ridge Mountains but encountered the trials of the Civil War and it's aftermath that was central to the 1800's. P.K. was his great-granddad and Thomas (Toad) is his grandfather.
