Theoretical study of semiconductor materials

About The Book

This book is a theoretical study that presents a little of the history of atomism from the first idea of the atom in ancient Greece to Bohr's model which is not the current model but has played an important role in understanding the microscopic world. Based on Bohr's model we present semiconductor materials and their particularities which thanks to knowledge of energy levels can be worked on to better serve certain purposes. Semiconductor materials are the basis of technological advances in society. Knowledge of the electronics of these materials which has come about through the evolution of physics has led to improvements in people's daily lives. By getting to know the physics behind the technologies not just this physics it is possible to answer the questions asked by the students and give meaning to the content to show that physics has applications and meaning for humanity to show that they use the physics taught in the classroom every day whether using their mobile phones television taking a bath in a hot shower using electrical and electronic equipment to show that this equipment has evolved substantially thanks to the evolution of physics.
