At the backdrop of many ethical violations and organizational scandals in the present management environment Human Resource Managers and policy makers are looking for newer alternatives in managing and developing people and employees in the organizational field. In this regard spirituality in management has become the center of attraction among the employers and management experts. Since Quran is the inexhaustible source of knowledge this research proposes an analytical study of the existing HRM literature in the light of Quranic doctrines in managing human resources. This study also highlights some important functions of HRM proposed from the Quran. Organizational outcomes of the proposed HRM theories along with the future research direction are discussed at the end.
