The theory and practice of analyzing labor remuneration in educational institutions are important aspects of effective management of the educational process. In theoretical terms special attention is paid to the models of labor remuneration which can be based on the results of work qualification and length of service of employees of educational institutions. The practice of labor remuneration analysis in educational institutions implies the study of tools and methods that allow estimating current labor costs and setting adequate tariff rates. An important aspect is also the introduction of incentive systems aimed at improving the quality of training and maintaining the professional competence of staff. The monograph considers the peculiarities of incentivizing the staff of educational institutions on the basis of indirect systems and grading .
