The book is fruitful to B.Sc. (Agriculture) and M.Sc. (Agriculture) degree programme and agriculture entrance examinations. The book prepared in simple understandable language that will emerge interest of education in the students. The chapters of the book compiled with flowchart and point wise informations that would assist students to understand chapters. The technology of agricultural biotechnology is advanced and organized in modern period. The latest practicals and figures are mentioned in each chapter that will assist higher education students to recognize practical applications of plant tissue culture.
