Most countries have opted for a democratic political system. However isn't it usual to see the same faces or surnames in every election? What is the reason for this phenomenon? In this book we will analyse the ruling minorities and the evolution and control over the ruling majorities as well as the setting of the political agenda through the media where the media through the 'onion layer' tells us what to say when and how.
