This book intend to provide the therapeutic treatment shoulder adhesive capsulitis.The shoulder is a unique anatomical structure with an extraordinary range of motion (ROM) that allows us to interact with our environment. A loss of mobility of this joint will cause significant morbidity. This study concludes that the following application of Muscle energy technique with Conservative exercises there was a significant change in pain range of motion and shoulder function when compared with Conservative exercises alone.
