There Was a Crooked Man: 2 (By the Numbers)

Set in Nov 2002: Mike is hired to write a program for a ranch to control stock and supplies; on a family working vacation to the ranch the foreman is found dead and the Mikes son is suspected after they fight over the foremans treatment of Toms fiancée and a horse. And all this happens in the middle of the snowstorm of the century where all the suspects--and potential victims--are trapped on the ranch.
