Therefore Choose Life

For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope. Romans 15:4 The Bible is filled with historical accounts that teach Godly truths that we can apply to our lives. The book of Joshua is one of those accounts. In it we see the children of Israel cross the Jordan River and enter the promised land. There they encounter battles subterfuge and great victories and defeats. They learn some hard lessons and we can learn the same lessons. By looking at the history of that generation we can learn principles that apply to our Christian lives. From them we can learn how to live an abundant life filled with victory over the flesh world and devil. With God on our side we have the majority the victory and the abundant life. Therefore choose life.
