Thermal and Tribological behaviour of Non Asbestos Brakepads

This book is an attempt to the invention of a new material as an alternative to the asbestos brake pads. Where asbestos was used as fiber material in disc brake pad composite.But due to higher carcinogenic effect of asbestos this material had been phased out. So inventions are on going for the alternative material to the asbestos. The important parameters like tribological behavior and thermal stability has been carried out in the present book.
