Thermal properties of sugarcane bagasse chipboard

Researches that promote the recycling of agroindustrial waste can enable the production of new building components with direct impact on the improvement of some aspects of buildings. In this group of residues is the sugar cane bagasse panel. Besides contributing to reduce the environmental impact generated by agroindustrial activity it constitutes a new element for use in buildings adding ecological aspects and benefits such as those related to thermal comfort. This is the focus of this publication. May the reading be useful and productive for those who work in this area.
