Thin Film Fabrication Methods For Industrial Applications

In this contribution it is tried explain different kinds of thin film fabrication techniques. Applications of these thin films for different applications are discussed with specific examples. Technological details of fabrication of thin films are discussed in detail with their principles. Also the analytical methods to characterize the deposited think films are presented here.
