The present book entitled Third Generation of Human Rights and Protection thereof is a summary of the contents of the Third Generation of Human Rights and attempts have been made to make the reader generally aware of the issues related to collective rights or in other words Solidarity Rights. With regard to their importance in the lives of individuals and their impact on the lives of the future these rights must always be upheld by international subordinates hence the international cooperation such as development of international documents creation of international regional and monitoring authorities are the main topics of this writing. In addition to designing and explaining theoretical issues its practical and applicable methods have also been considered in this book. It is hoped that this research will be the basis for the excellence of human rights.
