This is Not a Farm

<p>Callie and Fen love visiting Grandpa on the farm but this time he shows them something they've never seen before - a solar farm that surrounds his land. He teaches them about the soil on his farm and how farmers for centuries have cared for it in order to feed the world. He shows them the strange new farm filled with blue glass plates on posts in the ground. He explains how this new kind of farm may damage not only the soil the they stand on but also poison the soil and water for miles around. Grandpa's calm sad voice educates even adults on what solar farms really are and asks the question we should all be voicing: what are we doing to the future of our soil and farmlands?</p>
