This Isn't Therapy

This book will make you uncomfortable. It will frustrate you. It will poke around in those dark corners of your mind that you've worked so hard to hide. It will fight your natural reaction to resist and run away. It will make you think very hard at times. It will address your demons. It will (probably) make you cry. And yet... It will empower you.
