Time Grown Lively

About The Author: I began writing poetry around my work as a minister in the early 1980s finding that writing helped me see what I engaging in life around me. I found I wrote about the people the met overheard saw on the street about anything that caught my eye and my imagination in the world through which I moved. After a while people began to say my poetry was pretty good including some people whose opinion I thought mattered. Eventually I chose to collect these poems from the last few years to share more broadly. I am a retired minister of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). My wife Kathy and I have been married for 43 years raising 5 daughters and now enjoying 11 grandchildren spread across this country and France. We now live in northern West Virginia On a 5 acre plot in the country with our two Australian Shepherd Dogs and a few cats.
