Timor-Leste Transport Operations

<p>This publication examines the development assistance of the Asian Development Bank since Timor-Leste gained independence in 2002.</p><p>Milestones in nation-building and activities of development partners from around Asia and the Pacific are chronicled. Timor-Leste’s prospects hinge on prudent and effective use of the savings from petroleum production to finance investments in the physical capital human capital and institutions needed to develop a sustainable economy.</p>
