About the Book: This book is based on my extensive experience in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan where I served as a teacher Principal and Assistant Commissioner. It offers practical insights and simple tips addressing all key stakeholders—students teachers parents and principals. The tips are designed to be easy to follow and implement making them accessible to everyone. For those striving for excellence this book serves as a helpful guide much like a ladder to success. The primary goal of this book is to enhance classroom learning and foster the personality development of children ensuring their holistic growth. About the Author: Mr. G.P. Chouhan pursued his B.Sc. (Hons) B.Ed. from the Regional Institute of Education Bhopal (M.P.) from 1973 to 1977. He earned his M.Sc. in Physics from Holkar Science College Indore in 1979 graduating as a Gold Medalist. In July 1983 he joined Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) as a Postgraduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics. His dedication and expertise led to his selection as a Principal in 1995. Furthering his academic credentials he completed his Master’s in Education (M.Ed.) in 1994 from RDVV Indore. In 2012 he was appointed as an Assistant Commissioner at KVS RO Varanasi where he served until his retirement in 2017. After retiring he pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from RDVV Jabalpur during 2019-20. Major Contributions: Conducting in-service courses and workshops for teachers. Inspecting schools to ensure quality education. Mentoring principals in various educational activities. Organizing sports meets for student development. Ensuring qualitative and quantitative academic results.
