I Managed The Technical Portion Ofthe Civil/Military Air Traffic Control Systemin Vietnam For 3-1/2 Years During The War;Assisted In Establishing A New Faa Regionaloffice In Chicago; Was Project Engineer For 2Years Installing A Major Aviation Communicationproject For All Of South America; Managed 8 Fa A Field Offices For 2 Years And Wassent To Faa Headquarters In Washington Dc To Be Chief Faa Air Navigationengineering Branch. After Retiring From Faa I Was Chief Telecommunicationsengineer For Aviations With Icao A Un Organization In Botswana In South Africafor 2 Years. I Wrote The Specifications Purchased And Installed The Required Radiocommunication Equipment To Provide Communication Between Their Airports. I Alsodeveloped An Organization And Started A Training Program So They Would Eventuallymaintain The 747 Class Airport Which Was Already Under Construction.
