To Paris - With Love

Living in Paris is far different than visiting Paris. Paris has to grow on you and into you - it is something you feel. The book describes the tentative reactions of someone who lands at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport with a one-way ticket and must confront a new job a new language a new home a strange environment and no familiar faces. The author describes his reactions and the eventual warmth he develops toward those quintessential Parisians the local people in the Quartier. <p>Another important facet of his life is also undergoing a radical change for he is soon to be joined by his wife-to-be Helga.
