To the People Like Us

<p>In <em>To The People Like Us</em> teen activist Constanza aided by her vacillating friend Malakai organizes her neighborhood against the Sirleaf Corporation who intends to build a new development by razing their apartments and bodega. Indigo a newcomer to the neighborhood attempts to make friends with them and joins their protest group. Sparks fly when Constanza makes a discovery about Indigo that changes all of their relationships with each other.</p><p></p><p>826 Boston is a nonprofit writing tutoring and publishing organization where students in grades K-12 and beyond can share their stories amplify their voices and develop as leaders in school and in life. 826 Boston's portion of the profits of any sale go back into funding these programs.</p>
