Yet the concept of Authentic Leadership despite its growth in popularity remains a rather nebulous concept. And while the writing within these pages cannot redefine the concept for clarity it will explore common literary definitions as they relate to the arts.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(0 0 0 0); color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>As with all quick reads in the Arts Leadership Series the first part of the writing will bring in the thoughts and theories of the author and common literature.
