Today is NOT the Day We Die

<p>In September 2020 Jim received a diagnosis of end-stage liver disease which was accompanied by a Measure of End Stage Liver Disease (MELD) score indicating less than a 25% chance of surviving 90 days. However rather than being the end of their story Jim and his wife Kristi turned this challenge into an opportunity to rebuild their lives together.</p><p><br></p><p>The stories contained within these pages are not ones of self-pity and defeat but rather of gratitude acceptance and triumph. Along their journey the power of love which transcends all obstacles facilitated their healing.</p><p><br></p><p>The hope is that through reading these stories you will be inspired to view the gift of life from a place of gratitude and love so profound that there is no space for anything else to endure.</p>
