This narrative chronicles the early years of a simple and quite unsophisticated fella from North Central Texas who at a young age discovers and falls in love with the game of golf. His travails during his school years and into adulthood seem endless and almost surreal. From his relentless endeavor to master the game to refining his latent talents for misappropriating much needed funds from others he finds himself losing touch with things that should matter.
