Tornado Quakes

Once a quiet town now becomes a town to escape. Cloud Johnson who is obsessed with tornadoes decides to make a machine that could make a tornado appear when he wants it to. When things start to go wrong he realizes that there is more to the machine then he thought. Now he has earthquakes opening up the ground sucking things in. That wasn't all it did. After the earthquakes stop your still not safe. Now there is tornadoes coming from the grounds openings. Cloud got himself into a real mess but could he get himelf out of it?
