Totem

<p>The Shaman felt that the Gods had foresaken his people by casting them adrift in the human wave that had wafted upon their shore. Totem is set on Haida Gwaii the Charlotte islands in British Columbia. It delves into the supernatural. It is what guided them then and what makes them wonder now. It began on April 29 1792 when a dastardly deed from the past rekindled a myth that unleashed the tentacles of fate to reach presently. </p><p>The West Coast Natives were more than Indian villages. They were a Nation with a pantheon of Gods Art and architecture that was larger than life; that became a threadmill to nowhere. Once the Man of War the HMS Discovery and the HMS Chatham a Brigantine under the command of George Vancouver droped anchor by a settelment comprised of large cedar Longhouses where Totems stood akin to sentinels. </p><p>Enjoy</p><p>J.
