Tough Millennium

Since 2000 Ed Has Experienced And Documented In His Poetry At Least Three Life Changing The Cancers And Eventual Passing In 2008 Of His Dear Wife Ellen; The Burning And Rebuilding Of Their House In 2004-2005; And His Own Quadruple Bypass In 2005. Tough Millennium Is The Poetic Record Of These Events And Their Effects On His Life.Ed Scutt Is A Retired High School Language Arts Teacher. In His Retirement He Is Active As A Student And Teacher At Osher Lifelong Learning Institute At Rit. He Is An Award Winning Community Theatre Actor And Playwright And A Director In Community Theatre. Ed Is A Published Poet And A Reader Who Is Active In The Rochester Poetry Community. He Lives With His Two Literary Though Not Literate Dogs Holden And Huck.
