<p>A widowed American diplomat tries to reignite his romantic life while searching for a terrorist who murdered an American citizen. </p><p> </p><p>Mark Pacer is a diplomat stationed at the American consulate in Montreal Quebec Canada where an anarchist group may have murdered U.S. citizen Bill Bancroft.
