Training for peace and coexistence

The research work conciliation tables a proposal for peace and coexistence training from mediation and conflict transformation was born when observing the conflict management by students of grade 701 (17 girls 23 boys) belonging to the educational institution Monsignor Jaime Prieto Amaya where they ended their disagreements through physical and / or verbal aggression due to ignorance and misunderstanding of the dimensions of the conflict.The proposal of the tables of conciliation and conflict transformation are a real and concrete bet for the construction of direct peace. Children and young people discover learn and transmit a way of regulating conflicts in a non-violent way in addition to reinforcing their integral formation.
