Training module on flash flood coping rice production

This training module is designed to build the capacity of trainers / trainee in the field of flash flood risk management for sustainable rice production in the Haor areas. It focuses on significance of adaptive practices of rice production in minimizing threat of flash flood. Interventions taken by different agencies relevant policies and projects undertaken to combat flash flood by government are highlighted. Finally the module concludes with some recommendations to cope with flash flood for better crop production.
