TRAINING TENETS : PROCESSING RAW DIAMONDS

Processing a diamond is a huge and comprehensive process.  Truly speaking an ordinary person may never know a diamond from a stone in the excavation site. They all look same. The journey from a nondescript stone to the most cherished product is not easy. The experts take care and ensure proper prospecting cutting shaping polishing and then create a masterpiece in the form of a jewellery. It is a specialised job. What they know from the beginning for sure is that the stone is not ordinary. It is rare.  Processing a human being in the raw stage is very complex. If a diamond is exclusive priceless and rare so is the young man in his late teens or early twenties. Probably much more in the price. There is a huge and untapped potential which is seen only by the trainers. The trainer is as sure as the diamond experts that he is dealing with a Creation which is exclusive and can be converted into a material and spiritual success. The basic difference in the diamond and a young human being is that the human being has a heart that beats a brain that can work and/ or get demotivated and most importantly he has a lot of self-doubts. What he is and what he can become is visualized only by the trainer. Not only he sees the young man as a successful person but he develops a feasible plan for him. The trainer believes that he would process and create a useful balanced productive creative person at the end of the training stint.   .
