Transcending Horizons

The collection of essays compiled in this book is the conference proceedings fromthe first Cross-Atlantic Creativity Congress (CACC) which was held on April 42022 in Salzburg Austria. With participants ranging from international scholarsbusiness executives artists cultural managers educators policymakers and morethe purpose of the CACC was to spark interest in how creativity can be learnedstudied measured and predicted regarding the future of innovation capabilities and society's resilience. As the first of its kind this event strove to make creativity moretangible through widespread conversations and synergies about understanding anddisseminating creativity from a scientific point of view.
