Transformation: A collection of poems to heal and replenish the spirit

Sue Tredget began writing several years ago when she took a year off to replenish her spirit after experiencing some troubled times. This collection of poems was written as a companion book to her very personal memoir Changing Lightbulbs: a journey through anxiety and depression . While Sues poems were born out of grief loss and despair they were written with love joy and hope hence the title Transformation. In writing both prose and poetry Sue discovered the healing power of words and was able to give creative expression to her emotions. Sue is also a language teacher and the author of the childrens picture book series My Colour Collection . She grew up in Northern Ireland and now lives in Perth Western Australia.
