The main objective of this research was to determine the level of transformational leadership at Belcorp Comas 2020. The study took a quantitative basic approach using a hypothetical-deductive method exploratory descriptive level and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 50 leading consulting firms in the district of Comas. The technique used was a survey with a questionnaire consisting of 12 items as the instrument.The results show that the level of transformational leadership among leading consultants is high at 92% as well as idealised influence individualised consideration inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation which also scored high among leading consultants in the district of Comas.In conclusion beauty consultants possess transformational leadership which allows them to have a long-term vision and achieve both individual and organisational goals.
