Translanguaging and English as a Lingua Franca in the Plurilingual Classroom

<p>This book explores the use of multilingual practices such as translanguaging code-switching and stylization by speakers of less commonly taught languages. It investigates how students use these languages alongside English as a lingua franca to participate in classroom tasks and social interactions in secondary classrooms in Hawai'i.</p>
