Translating Banking Contracts from English into Romanian

The present research approaches the problem of using economic terms in writing a banking contract in both English and Romanian with a special emphasis of the ways of translating an English banking contract into Romanian and vice versa. The object of the research is banking contracts as a part of a business deal and a type of written business English. In order to accomplish the research clear and definite objects were set forward and the author diligently accomplished them.
