Trap Poems

<p>Expanding on contemporary oral traditions David Aaron Greenberg coins the terms Trap Poems and Lit Drawings as representations of lyrical and figurative poetry. Greenberg's book sets the stage for a dialogue between word and form by continuing in the lineage of Jazz and Nuyorican poets of the late 20th century with a nod to surrealist and romantic traditions of poetic expression.
