Trauma in South-Asian Literature

Though nobody ever intends to get ensnared in the trauma of any kind we the people of the world in general of South-Asia in particular have been unwillingly or willingly intentionally or unintentionally and consciously or unconsciously trapped to experience trauma and distressful emotion provoked by some painful or shocking events or witnessing violence increasing discrimination on people in terms of race religion nationality poverty and political turmoil. The book is an attempt to delineate how trauma is presented in different literary genres especially in the literary fictions of the South-Asian world.
